Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- From the inquiry form: your name, phone number, your answers to the questionnaire about your property and the page the inquiry was sent from.
- Technical data: our hosting provider Netlify briefly processes the IP address of every visit in its server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why and for how long
We use the form data only to get back to you about your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent and the steps towards a possible contract; for the statistics and heatmaps, our legitimate interest in improving the site. The inquiry reaches us by email and is stored by Netlify. We keep it while the conversation is ongoing and delete it once it is no longer needed. We never share it with third parties or use it for advertising. Netlify and Vercel are US companies, so data may be processed outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookieless statistics
The site measures its traffic with a self-hosted system (Umami, hosted on Vercel) that works without cookies. We see aggregate numbers, such as how many visitors a page had, and anonymous heatmaps: where visitors click and how far down a page they get, so we can see what works and what confuses. This data is not tied to a name or a phone number. We keep the statistics for as long as we need them to improve the site. We do not track visitors across other websites.
Cookies and settings
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores technical preferences, such as the light or dark theme. They never leave your device.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you can request access to your data, correction or deletion, restrict or object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Call us, write on Viber or email info@vannamei.bg and we will comply. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
